Marie Autphenne

Marie Autphenne joined Raymond James in 2015 and serves as a managing director in the firm’s Municipal Research group. Marie has 20 years of experience analyzing both high-yield and high-grade municipal credits covering various sectors underwritten and traded by the firm.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Marie managed the municipal credit group at Stifel in the fixed income research and strategies group. She joined Stifel as part of the acquisition of Stone & Youngberg in October 2011. At Stone & Youngberg, Marie specialized in land-secured, tax allocation and California local government credits.

Prior to joining Stone & Youngberg in 2002, Marie worked at SG Cowen and conducted economic research for the Brookings Institution.

Marie received a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University. She is an active member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and serves as a board member for the California Society of Municipal Analysts.
